SYSTEM CHARACTERISTIC

ECONOLINE system has no thermal insulation, it is designed to construct internal partitions, both permanent and those with windows and doors. The profile width of 51 mm (6 mm more than the standard one, popular on the market) gives great margin to designers and comfort for fitters. This system allows using of the glass sets with a thickness starting from 3 mm to 38 mm. The windows are fastened and sealed in the rebate of the wings with usage of the glazing beads, made of aluminum profiles and gaskets. Econoline system is compatible with other Aliplast systems: common glazing beads, gaskets, corners and fittings. Within the Econoline system one may find such a version of door profiles which have specially profiled fitting euro-carbs used for fixing clamping hinges. A kind of supplementing element is the INNERWALL subsystem, which is a great solution for shaping office buildings - it is a raw skeleton into which varnished battens are shot. There is a possibility of using internal blinds.

APPLICATIONS

• • doors and segments of partition walls are intended for general use in public and industrial buildings (in offices)
• it is possible to incorporate ECONOLINE doors into partition walls made of ECONOLINE segments or into other walls of any construction, in accordance with the technical design of the facility
• • the possibility of constructing sliding and swinging doors, connecting walls at any angle, and strengthening already made and even mounted elements..
